the breakfast wasnt great. It was a tuesday morning at 8:15 and i was waiting 35 minutes for 2 poached eggs and bacon, asked for the eggs to be well done and they were runny. Just disappointing as everything else was fantastic

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Every detail thought of. Great facilities and beautiful rooms. In a time when lots of hotels talk about 5 stars, this actually is a benchmark hotel. Pretty good gym for a hitel too

“The best!”
I have never experienced such attentiveness from hotel staff prior to my stay here. I was blown away by the care and support given. On arrival, we were assisted by Ben and literally he made our stay! He gave the best first impression. This has made me change how I look at a overnight stay going forward. Excellent customer service, great food, amazing venue, beautiful walks and just the perfect escape. Breakfast was best breakie I have ever had. Those mini muffins were to die for ha. Thank you so much!

Everything was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by nature. We loved the bicycles and enjoyed riding around the grounds and through the woods. The swimming pool and spa were excellent and added to the relaxing experience. The breakfast, gardens, and rooms were all fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The staff were so nice and friendly. The food was delicious. The art pieces located around the hotel and on the ground were lovely, very talented selections of artists. Nice to see the work. The sweet treats left in the room for our anniversary was also very nice and thoughtful.

Our Garden Deluxe Rooms are our pet friendly rooms, these are the only rooms in the hotel that accommodate dogs. They offer a wonderful, open plan and spacious layout, complete with private sheltered garden, with private entrance to the front of the Resort. Manor House Grand Suite
A firm favorite with guests, each Manor House Grand Suite is individually designed, these beautifully styled suites offer a delightful combination of modern fabrics and furniture with classic antique finishes, complete with embroidery detailing the history of the suite. Located in the 18th Century Manor House, each Suite offers a panoramic view of the gardens, lake and meadows. Every suite has a very generous bedroom with an adjacent sitting room; an amply sized bathroom decorated in black marble with separate rainforest shower, full bath, black Italian marble-topped vanity and separate toilet.
Manor State Room
Our magnificent Manor House State Rooms are located in the heart of the 18th Century Manor House with picturesque views over the lake and meadows. Each exudes old world character and is individually styled with silk lined walls and exquisite soft furnishings, complete with embroidery detailing the history of the room. The striking black Italian marbled bathrooms have separate rainforest showers, full baths and marble-topped vanities.
Presidential Suite
This spacious suite features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. The air-conditioned suite features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a seating area, a wardrobe as well as garden views. The unit has 1 bed.
