“Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel is dated but, the room was clean.”
We slept very well. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was right downtown. We could walk to restaurants, groceries, gas etc.

The staff were friendly. They were fully booked due to the BC Games, but thankfully we were in a room where it was quiet.

“Horrible. Better off sleeping in your car.”
Absolutely nothing. This place is a joke. Front desk worker had is friend sitting in lobby LAUGHING at us while he tried to make us charge double for a one night stay. The only somewhat postive thing was the manager she was nice in the morning spoke her arrival trying to right the night workers wrong doings.

“Good for a good night's sleep.”
It was a good shower and bed for the night. One guest laundry for the entire facility isn't great, but better than none. Seems like remodeling is being done on the rooms. It is an older facility so good to see.
