The location and the view just slows down and you can relax completely. All required amenities are there. The bed is soooooo comfortable 😍 kitchen and living room cute and cozy. We loved it. The hosts and farmer around helped and were so friendly. We had the most perfect vacation there. Thank you so much.

Beautiful place! An old (and charming) but comfortable cottage with everything you need. The location is superb: very central in Mayo: close to Castlebar (for groceries), Newport, Westport, Croagh Patrick and a lot more tourist destinations, but also in a rural setting, in nature (with a few neighbours, so also not too isolated). The kids loved the cows, the tractor, chatting to the farmer and walking in the garden, and also the books and toys in the house.

This cottage is really nice. It's out in the country. Very quiet and it's elevated a good distance off the road so you cannot hear any traffic. The views from the front are amazing. Mountains to the left front, a valley, and mountains on the right make is very picturesque. Our host Beatrice left lovely muffins and milk in the fridge. Everything you need is there. (even some turf beside the range) Huge TV. Lovely picnic bench and chairs outside to enjoy your morning cuppa.

We loved the location. Perfect for a family trip. Lots of fun things to do within reasonable distance. No e and private and safe for young kids.

I loved the setting, everything was so peacefull with wonderful views, a perfect place to lay the head down after lots of travelling and plan our next trip, it was a perfect location for us because it was close enough to everywhere that we wanted to visit. The wee house was very clean and felt like a home away from home and had very accomodating and pleasant owner. Many thanks for a great time!

Beautiful house and very well located. The house was very comfortable and suited us perfectly as a family with 2 young girls, it ticked all the right boxes for us and we will be back.

The house was really nice with it's own grounds in a quiet location. The kitchen had all required facilities, the beds were comfortable and it had an old style turf range which was very nice. Overall, nicely decorated and well-maintained with a modern finish.
