“Very nice place to stay in the County Mayo”
The hotel is a very nice place in the heart of Castlebar. For the overnight stay we could park our car on the street in front of the hotel for free (it was from Saturday night to Sunday, though). We had a very nice receptionist welcoming us and got a quiet double room on the second floor. The food in the restaurant was delicious (we both had steaks), and the breakfast was also great. If you are in the area and look for a place to stay, the Ivy Tower Hotel is definitely a first-rate recommendation.

Staff were lovely. Food was so nice. Beds were really comfortable. It was really close to the location we came down for. Everything was nearby.

Noise coming from other rooms and noisy when other guests opening their room doors. People allowed to smoke in the hotel entrance and smoke blows into the foyer when they come back into the hotel.
