The location of this property was excellent for us. Just off the main promenade but only a few minutes walk to the old centre,beach,shops and restaurants. We stayed in the studio apartment which is small but has a nice large terrace. The sofa bed was brand new and very comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but fine for holiday. The car parking situation is a big bonus as there never seemed to be parking in the town. You get to leave your car at a designated area which is a couple of minutes walk away. The hosts were really nice and welcoming. Thank you.

“Great base point to explore Castiglione”
This is really a great place where you can feel the atmosphere of the old town, get to the beach (250m) and at the same time be in silence

“Excellent stay in Castiglione della Pescaia”
Excellent location, close to the town and the beach. Our room very clean, comfortable, nice balcony, good view. Quiet, no complaints
