“The perfect place to relax in the beautiful Tuscan countryside”

This is a luxury stay on a working farm in the Tuscan countryside. A perfect place to recharge, absorb yourself in nature, enjoy well-behaved animals (a highlight), wander trails and olive groves on the estate, and take in the breathtaking views. The apartment was well appointed with everything needed (and more) and thoughtfully decorated with art and antiques to create a sumptuous feeling of coming home. Gio and Patrick are outstanding hosts - this point cannot be over emphasised. The warmth of their hospitality and generosity with their time was an unexpected pleasure. A visit to House of Gio is not something you need to think hard about - just get your passport and go! Gio and Patrick have already taken care of the details, from the comprehensive welcome pack to the flexible check in and check out times, when possible. This was my first visit and certainly not my last. House of Gio has my highest recommendation.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this beautiful facility in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible surroundings – a perfect blend of nature and comfort. The pool was a dream, pristine and perfectly situated, offering stunning views while we relaxed. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The garden was truly awe-inspiring, filled with vibrant plants and trees that made every corner feel like a peaceful retreat. What made the experience even more special was the presence of the many friendly animals. The horses, dogs, and cats on the property added such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved our horseback riding experience with Ariana – she was wonderful, and the ride through the countryside was unforgettable. Though the host Gio was away, he was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. His thoughtful communication really made us feel well taken care of. Overall, this is a magical place where nature and comfort come together seamlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway and can’t wait to return!

“A really wonderful villa and holiday”

I wanted to write something here to say what an incredible place Gio Toscana is, I did a lot of research to find it, I was looking for a traditional Italian villa with beautiful views and one that had been renovated and decorated to a high standard. When I found Geo’s villa on booking.com I booked it immediately as it was everything that I was looking for, however, and this does not happen very often with me, it was even more gorgeous than the photographs and description. The location, villa, decoration I would give a 10/10 and Geo and his partner bent over backwards to accommodate us. They introduced us to horse riding, recommended some fabulous trips out band we had a private chef for a couple of nights. I could not recommend Gio Toscana enough, we will definitely be back.

Most beautiful Agriturismo in Tuscany with the best hosts you can ever imagine. It was a perfect stay, in a wonderful environment and in a beautiful apartment with everything you need.

Prior to our arrival and on meeting and showing us around the property, to staying and begrudgingly having to leave the beautiful villa, Gio was the perfect host. Not over assuming but helpful and informative, Gio made some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and attractions. His attention to detail does not just extend to the beautiful villa but his willingness to ensure the finest tables at restaurants and help in planning the best itinerary's to discover areas nearby. His staff are lovely and three dogs adorable. He genuinely is trying to support the local community, celebrate the richness of the land and promote the natural beauty of the area. My family had a lovely time and the perfect introduction to the Tuscan coast. Thank you Gio and his team for making it all possible!

Gio Toscane is just the absolute best place to be in Toscane and one of the best places we have ever stayed at. From the magnificent Tuscany views, the spacious, clean and luxurious apartment, and above all the great host Gio (he is the friendliest and supported us in all ways we needed) - Gio Toscane deserves a 12/10. I cannot recommend it more and we will be back for sure.

If you are looking for an unique place to stay in Tuscany, you should definitly go Baroncio by Gio. You will find there the most warm-hearted and helpful hosts, an amazing landscape and perfectly equipped and very cozy apartments. It was our 3rd stay there and for sure we will come again! Our dog Blume is already missing Brindle, Jet and Stella :-)

Everything absolutely exceeded expectations. I must have looked at approximately 200 villas in preparation for our stay and this was hands down the best I saw. Beautiful villa in stunning grounds. Gio, the host is without a doubt the most helpful and friendly host i have ever had the pleasure to meet. No ask was too much and he really ensured we had the best possible stay. The kids (and us) loved Gio’s friendly dogs and the horse riding ranch was a real highlight. Could not recommend more.

Perfect days in Tuscany Baroncio by Gio is an attractive large estate in a breathtaking landscape. Quiet location only 15 min from the sea / Castiglione della Pescaia. Spacious flat in a very nice house with private entrance and very high quality furnishings - couldn't be better. Huge private terrace with large dining table & lounge furniture. Relaxation at a very high level. Gio is a very special landlord, friendly, helpful, available, always good tips and much more. Gio offers excellent western style horse riding in gorgeous Tuscan countryside - definitely can't be topped! Great little restaurants in the hinterland with few tourists and delicious local food. At night a fascinating starry sky to touch. We have travelled internationally quite a lot for many years, we have never felt as comfortable & welcome anywhere as we do at Baroncio by Gio! “Healthy, powerful and recharging stay surrounded by pure nature, animals and hospitality”

The host (Gio) greeted us in the friendliest way possible, his dogs all came to say hello as well and made us feel welcome from the second we got there. Gio was beyond helpful, answering all of our questions, being available for any information and gave us tips on what to explore in the area. The location is something else! You are surrounded by nature, olive trees, you can see the vineyard hills in the distance, the lake at the property invited us to sit there, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquillity of this healthy and powerful oasis. We felt so at home and could not have picked a better place. We took our dog with us and at first she was a little intimidated by the pack of dogs that greeted her (they are all very big but the most gentle dogs that you can imagine) but within the first few hours she warmed up to them, played together with them and even felt like a part of the pack. When we took her for a walk in the mornings, Stella and the other dogs came with us, it was such a special feeling. My girlfriend went for a hack with Gio and his very well behaved horses and you can see they are very well looked after and being taken great care of. He brings so much passion and love for his animals, which you can definitely feel. We will definitely come back. It's a place that stays in our memories very fondly :)
