Overview
Set in a pine wood right by the Thyrrenian Sea, Camping Maremma Sans Souci offers independent cottages with patio. The property is complete with a restaurant, pizzeria, grocery shop, and tobacconist. WiFi is free in all public areas. The Camping Maremma is located 3 km from the medieval village of Castiglione della Pescaia, a 40-minute drive from the Parco Nazionale della Maremma park and the Terme di Saturnia spa. Excursions to Florence, Siena, Pisa and the islands of Elba and Giglio can be organised. Most units feature a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, and a living room. The patio is furnished with table and chairs. Right on the seafront, the property extends over 30 hectares. The private sandy beach includes a children's playground and a windsurfing school.

“Great beach holiday and water sports”
The beach was the best. Very nice sand and clear water. The location was close to the next town Castiglione della Pescaia. The reception staff was very friendly and courteous to change our unit after first night of arrival. On site breakfast service / cafe very good. The luxury tents look very nice. We stayed in a bungalow close to the beach which was very good. We loved the watersports, took catamaran lessons. The lessons were pricey but worth the experience and the trainers very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was surrounded by nature and trees. Close to the beach and nice pizza restaurant. Not so far from the town but you need a car or bike to get there.

The camping is a bit of paradise, very well kept, quiet and it has served shops, restaurant and bars. The staff is very nice and friendly. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and we will come back!

“Nice spot for a night on our Tuscany Trail Bikepacking event through Tuscany.”
Our “tent-cabin“ was fine for our 1-night spot on the Tuscany Trail bikepacking event. Comfortable double-bed and quite well closeable against mosquitoes. Since it rained that night, it was perfect to be covered and not in our own tent. We were pleasantly surprised to have ligts and electricity and even a small fridge plus the balcony. The close-by bar area and restaurant were very good in the evening. Showers, toilets, etc. were fine and clean with warm water. We didn‘t have a chance to go to the beach so can‘t comment on that.

The setting of the camping is beautiful with a canopy of pine trees. Although my tent / room was near to the restaurant and bar, the location afforded privacy and was quiet during the evening. Lovely campground.

Excellent location on a beautiful beach. Comfortable bed in mini lodge. Very nice staff at the parking/car section.
