Overview
The ideal place to recover in peace and quiet, immersed with typical Mediterranean nature, the farmhouse is situated just in front of the Trasimeno Lake, near Castiglion del Lago. Each of the 13 apartments has access to the garden, laundry facilities, and stone barbecue. Parking is free, and Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Completely restored in accordance with its court style, this historic building now offers 13 fully equipped, spacious apartments. Each apartment also has private access to the garden and can take advantage of the hotel’s swimming pool and wonderful masonry gazebo, complete with stone oven. On the long summer evenings, in solitude or in the company of the other guests, you can relax in the spacious hall, with a big fire place. During your stay you can take bicycles to reach the Lake, not far from the country-house, or to go on excursions on the cycle-path, in direct contact with nature. It is very easy to reach Castiglione del Lago, Tuoro, S, Feliciano and Passignano all typical towns of the Trasimeno area, from where it is possible to ferry to the islands.

“Great location, great stay”
Great location, easy to reach nearby locations (a car is necessary though), we had a great time and will return Accommodation was spacious and had everything you could need. The garden area was beautiful and very relaxing, it was a very quiet location, didn't use the pool but it looked good. There is a very friendly car, that also leaves you alone if you have a dog

Beautiful structure surrounded by nature. The apartment was clean, well equipped, everything you need for your stay and the style is just lovely. There is a beautiful garden and great swimming pool. The place is remote so great to disconnect from busy everyday life.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The apartment was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. It was also very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The surroundings were equally impressive - well-maintained, beautiful, and incredibly peaceful. We felt completely secluded and relaxed, like we had the entire property to ourselves. What truly impressed us was that they didn't charge any extra fees for our dog to stay with us. This is a huge plus for pet owners! Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation. It was an excellent experience and provided incredible value for money.

The staff were very helpful and we even received a transfer to the train station from a family member of the staff as we were stuck. Pool is fantastic and we found the beds to be comfortable. Fly screens on the windows are great to keep the mosquitos out and meant we didn't use Air Conditioning

Wonderful location to visit Umbria and Tuscany. The playground and swimming kept our toddler entertained for hours. Apartments are large, and each comes with a outdoor dinning table/area. Highly recommended.

Very quiet location within easy reach of the town. Lovely gardens and an authentic Italian feel. Good bathroom and cooking facilites. Very spacious. It had a charge point for the car which was very convenient.

“Restful, very comfortable and welcoming”
This property is very prettily set up, and great care is taken to keep everything welcoming (neat, pleasant to the eye, useful to the guests ; for example, the swimming pool remained open and attractive despite the fact nobody used it because of the coolness of the temperatures). There is space to be enjoyed indoors and outdoors. The family who runs it is attentive and helpful. You can take many interesting and beautiful day trips from this location.

Very close to the lake, and just 10 min drive to Castiglione del Lago. Very large rooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet place. Nice garden to chill out outside. Car park on site.

Clean apartment, big rooms, traditionally and nicely furnished place. The pool and garden is really great. 5 minute car ride to the city and supermarkets was practical as well.
