Clean comfortable room with a private sitting area in our own small garden. The room had a mezzanine with large comfortable chairs, great for reading in the evenings. Very conveniently placed for visiting the old town and good parking facilities.

The location is perfect. Especially for me, i came by train and the resort is only a short walk. In the same street is also the beautiful medieval castle. Location 10/10. I arrived really early, but the staff did everything they could to help me and they let me check in really early. This helped me a lot, because I only stayed for a day and now i could see everything without needing to take my luggage everywhere. Really grateful for the nice room. Amazing experience overall!

Lovely hotel in great location.

They advertise accomodation with dining but when we arrived we were told that the previously excellent resteraunt was closed. No warning in advance. A real disappointment as this was the main reason we came here and have come here in the past. I have a serious walkng problem at 74 years of age and we had to go out and find somewhere to eat with the result that I had a very bad night with pain in my hip. They could have told us about the food situation in advance so that we could have gone somewhere else but no, they wanted our euros.

Great base location to explore the local town, wineries, bigger cities and countryside. Staff were so helpful, friendly and fun. Perfect continental breakfast and lice big airy rooms with nice quiet aircon. Not too big a hotel so not too busy, lovely pool and sun terrace.

Good size rooms, pool area lovely. One lady who seemed to be trying to do everything and run the place but couldn’t do it all on her own.

Everything was about average. The room was poorly lit. Natural light was not enough, only coming in from the door that had a curtain for privacy inhibiting light even more.

The rooms were spacious, and you had your own space outside the room with a table and chairs. There was a small fridge to keep drinks cool. Breakfast had a good selection. Very nice

The food was particularly good, Breakfast was simple Italian style. Rooms were modern, a nice pool.

Friendly and helpful team. Well appointed room with modern shower room. Nice bar / restaurant. Short walk to lake and historic centre. Plenty of free parking on site.
