We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful and lovely place. 10/10. Andrea was fantastic. We came very late to the property and he was outside waiting for us. No complaint. The pictures on booking.com is not as lovely as the property itself.

Great place, brand new facilities, quiet and close to the lake for a nice walk/cycle ride. Daniela (the mom) and Andrea (the son) have been extremely kind and made us fill at ease. The best thing was that we were told we could get the eggs laid by the hens in the small farm they have and cut the asparagus that was growing in the field. We had a great weekend.

The apartment was very nice and spaceious. The surroundings were excelent, especially jacuzzi, the pool and the animals. Andrea, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.

A Slice of Umbrian Paradise – Truly Unforgettable! We had the absolute pleasure of staying just outside Castiglione del Lago in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a private, luxurious resort — but with the warmth and charm of a family-run retreat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and came with absolutely everything we needed and more. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy furnishings that made it feel like home. The grounds are breathtaking — with flower-lined pathways, a range of charming seating areas (including a Cobana!), and lush gardens that make every corner feel special. Each morning, we were greeted with fresh produce straight from the garden — a magical touch that made every breakfast feel like a dream. The pool area is glorious, with comfortable sun loungers for every guest and views that make it hard to leave. In the evenings, the BBQ area lit with strings of lights becomes a magical space to relax, eat, and enjoy the peaceful Umbrian countryside. A special mention must go to our host, Andreas, and his lovely family — incredibly welcoming and kind, always available but never intrusive. Their care and attention to detail truly elevate the whole experience.

Very cosy houses, air conditioning in every room, small terrace were you could sit in the evening… The owners of the property were also really helpfull. Thank you Andrea, Fabio and Daniela for letting me feel at home 😊

“Magnificent!”

Everything about this accommodation is perfect. Let’s start with the hosts – they are incredible. Helpful, kind, welcoming, generous, and always ready to answer your questions. Every morning, you receive a sample of jam, olive oil, homemade Nutella, etc. – products from their own farm. You can pick vegetables and herbs from their large garden, and even collect fresh eggs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with two toilets (one adapted for people with disabilities), air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Outside, there’s a magnificent swimming pool with loungers, inflatable toys, and sunbeds. The hot tub is located next to a relaxing garden, where hammocks are strung between the trees and loungers are available for relaxing. The town centre is nearby, about 2.5 km away. The historic center is beautiful, small, and has excellent restaurants. In town, you’ll find a Coop, EuroSpin, Lidl, etc. On our way to the accommodation, we visited Siena, and during our stay, we visited Assisi and Perugia!

“Only need one word… PERFECTION!”

Where to start! I’m concerned about giving the glowing review it deserves as a part of me would like to keep this little jewel a secret but having gotten to know the owners I couldn’t do them such a disservice. The apartments are first class offering every convenience… the whole place feels more like a classy resort than an agriturismo apartment….. from the fact that you are encouraged to pick the local produce and collect fresh eggs… can you think of any place that lets you do that ? And all free of charge. The owner, his partner and family are just the friendliest most helpful people. I was presented with a lovely bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and the sentiment and well wishes were so genuine. We are already planning our return. We have holidayed in this region for the last 35 years Even hosting my daughter’s wedding at Panicale so we know the area and what’s on offer really well and I have no hesitation in telling you to BOOK!!! You will not be disappointed!

“Incredible stay in the most beautiful place.”

Everything. We have very sadly left this morning from the most incredible fortnight. We have already made plans to return next year as have other guests who were there at the same time. The property was immaculate in every sense of the word. The apartment was beautiful, clean, modern and has fabulous air con. The grounds and the pool are incredible you really feel like you are staying at a five star resort. Andry and his family welcome you with open arms and give a fabulous tour on arrival. Many surprises that I will not ruin for future guests, just know that they are amazing!!! You leave not feeling like a guest but like a friend. We cannot wait till next year.

“Fabulous”

Andrea and his whole family were exceptional hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed - Fabio surprised us with vegetables from the garden, and homemade jam was waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. We hardly needed AC as there were nets on the windows so we could keep them open. We could eat on the terrace. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool and jacuzzi. The whole property was very well maintained. Everything was even nicer than in the pictures. The location is a great starting point for visiting Lake Trasimeno, Castiglione del lago and other towns. If we could, we would rate the stay 11. Thank you Andrea, Fabio, Daniela, Rita and Ana.
