The property is beautiful and very well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. The location is very good, close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Having a parking slot in that area is a plus. The check-in was very smooth and easy. Thank you Federico!

“On the beach - like a hotel with home comforts”
Villa Lina is a dream come true. We could have spent the whole holiday sitting on the terrace watching the ocean. The views are the best we have ever experienced on holiday. Beautiful sunsets every evening. It takes 30 seconds to reach the beach for a day of swimming and sunbathing. Walk right for a very nice restaurant, then coffee bars and pizza restaurants along the shoreline. Walk left for ice creams and beers on the beach. The location is the best. Inside the apartment the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent (silent and not too cold). Very clean. Lots of lovely kitchenware. We intended to eat out every night but we couldn’t bare to leave the beautiful terrace so we cooked instead! You can visit with friends and hire the two separate apartments to have the perfect combination of privacy and shared holiday experience. Just wonderful! We can’t wait to return. A special thank you to Federico our host who was excellent with communication on what’s app and made us feel very welcome. Home from home in the most beautiful location. Thank you for our stay and the bottle of wine!

The best possible place in Tuscany. The beach is 5 meters from the entrance. There is a playground for children next door. I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely stunning location and HOST! My wife, myself and two kids (5 & 7 years old) travelled 16 days in Italy this time. Our last destination was supposed to be Viareggio but all of sudden my wife found this gem online! We had no idea about Castiglioncello but we liked the pics, description and reviews so all got booked for 4 nights! We drove from Florence 1hr 30m to get here which was a pleasant ride. Federico, the owner sent a msg right away. He was super responsive, helpful and passionate to make our stay more pleasant. Finally, I met him at Villa Lina in person and such a gentleman he is! He also gave us a great wine as a gift. Stefania met us at the gate upon arrival and showed us the parking spot. She is a lovely lady and very helpful. She gave us the transmitter (to open the gate) and keys. Easy access and we parked right in front of the building which was a great help to move in 5 luggages! We stayed on the main floor unit with a huge terrace facing the sea with great exposure. The place was clean and well equipped. Great three wall AC units which was a must in August here! Stefania kindly showed us the amenities. The best thing about this place is you are literally on the beach and with two kids, you can imagine how comfortable it is to go back and forth to the house in a few seconds! I had a rental car but never used it except the day we drove to Pisa. All restaurants, bar and Coop supermarket are within a few min walking distance. There is a path on waterfront which connects all amenities and you will find it interesting specially to walk at nights. We extended our stay another night so we ended up staying 6 days. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back here! Grazie Mille Federico/Stefania and ci vediamo dopo!
