“Woodland hideaway.”
The chambre d'hotes was situated away from town in secluded woodland but within striking distance of some really beautiful seaside resorts which offered a tantalising choice of beaches which included safe bathing, surfing and an abundance of really good restaurants. The house itself was charming as were the owners, really welcoming with bedrooms tastefully decorated and furnished. The use of a salt water heated pool is a bonus together with outside dining facilities and a summer kitchen all freely available for your use. We will return as soon as our situation allows. “amazing treat, excellent hosts”
We absolutely loved our stay at Au Claire des Landes. The house and its surroundings are quaint and iddylic, everything is very clean and looked after with clearly the utmost care and love. The hosts are fantastic, warm people who are always making sure that their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and plentiful and the rooms are decorated very tastefully. There are beautiful wild beaches relatively close as well as a very nice lake. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to our hosts again for making our stay so perfect.
