Overview
Located 5 km from the Brescia Est exit of the A4 Motorway, the MajesticHouse offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, a HD satellite TV, and individually controlled air conditioning. Parking is free. At Ferretti Majestichouse the bar is open 24 hours a day, while the Restaurant, open from Monday to Thursday, serves a mix of Italian and International cuisine. The breakfast buffet is available until 10.00. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Fiera di Montichiari exhibition centre and from Brescia Montichiari Airport. A shuttle service to the station and a car rental service are available on request. Both Lake Garda and Lake Iseo are a 25-minute drive away.

Was fantastic Everything, Nice place where to stay, the reception was very kind and nice, the bed confortable, the parking in the front very easy and good. Everything was great, close to restaurants. And we love that was a extra discount reserving last minute ! 🤗

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely cold, and the heating control panel did not allow guests to adjust the room temperature. The whole building was set to 20°C with no possibility to change it from inside the room. In addition, the water was cold and I was unable to take a shower due to a malfunction in the hot water system. I contacted the front desk several times, and each time I was told that there was a problem and it would be fixed quickly. However, I waited for hours without any follow-up or solution. It seems that this same excuse is given to guests every day without real action. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience and far from acceptable hotel standards. I do not recommend this hotel unless these basic issues are properly resolved.

The fridge was dirty and there was an old chocolate candy. One lift in construction. Nothings for children. Juice for breakfast wasn't really juice but something so artificial. But coffe was good and staff at the breakfast quite friendly.

Fire alarm was triggered in the middle of the night and the staff seemed to completely ignore the guests, failed to provide any information and in the end shut down the alarm and disappeared without an explanation.
