Overview
Set in a pine forest and facing the sea (4.5km), Ippotur Medieval Resort is located in Castelnuovo di Magra and offers 32 fully equipped stone bungalows on 2 floors, each accommodating up to 4 people. Guests can enjoy a restaurant on site. Each of the bungalows includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette; there is also a private outdoor area, furnished with tables and chairs. During your stay you can explore Castelnuovo Magra on foot or by bike. You can also visit the beautiful countryside surrounding the village, with a truly pleasant drive. For a more relaxing stay, you can unwind and soak-up the sun by the outdoor swimming pool (open during summer). Alternatively, you can simply chill out by your bungalows private outdoor area, equipped with tables and chairs.

“Beautiful location with a nice swimming pool. Cottages could use some attention.”
The location is superb. A nice view over the valley and the sea. Very calm location. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. It is mostly used by locals but there is enough space for everyone. The restaurant has delicious steak and the cocktails that can be ordered at the bar are very good.

“Great cottage in nature”

“Best place in Castelnuovo Magra to stay for your vacation!”
What not to like?? Ippotur is the place for the family to relax in the Holidays. The charming houses are well defined and with wonderdul view over Mountains, ocean and the town. The pool area is amazing and there is an area specially for smaller children and their parents. If you want to taste amazing food then visit the restaurant for dinner or just the pool café for a snack or lunch. You will not regret it - it is very deliciuos food and They have a very fine menu and wine card too. The staff at Ippotur are fantastic - They will all do whatever it takes for you to feel like in Paradise! Specially the staff in the reception is Gold!!! Any request or problem you might have - just ask them and They will do anything to help you. Do yourself a favour - order a Holiday at Ippotur and be a brand new person filled with joy and happiness. Our best recommendations for Ippotur!!

“Great location to relax and explore Liguria”
We enjoyed our stay at Ippotur in June a lot and truly recommend it. The pool area is fantastic, the staff very friendly and the food at the bar excellent. The cottage we booked was small, but newly renovated and combined with the terrasse and pool area everything you need for an amazing summer vacation. The kitchen also offers everything you need to cook, if you want to eat in (we recommend to bring a French press with you, however there's an Espresso maker in the kitchen). Just some small details could make the cottage even better, f.e. a shelf in the kitchen or a bedside table next to beds on the ground floor. Do not hesitate to contact the stuff, if you have a problem or need fresh towels f.e., they'll help you. The Ippotur is up in the hills, you need a car. There are some great beaches about 30 minutes away (use public ones), to the supermarket and a pharmacy it's a ~8 minute drive. You can also visit many interesting spots in the area and there are many good restaurants.

“Great place spoiled by a bad pool party.”
Pool was nice. bungalows are nice but very cramped downstairs: if you use them as advertised, meaning four beds, you need the sofa bed downstairs, but when open you cant then open the front door!
