Nice staff, very good food and their local wine, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Very close to Siena, good position for Tuscany overall. Will definitely come back.

“Lovely experience”
Beautiful Estate with great views. You will need a car to get to the premises. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Staff was top notch, very friendly and helpful. Dinner was also great served in a fine dining reataurant. Breakfast could have been better, needed more selection and a bit of variety. Otherwise it was a lovely experience and we had a great time!

“Not going back!”
We could not set the temperature neither in the room nor in the bathroom; we had 18 degrees in the bathroom and 19 degress in the room in December; we got really cold. Walls were so thin we could here the conversation in the adjacent room. The bathroom had no exhaust. The bathroom was for persons with disabilities, we were not informed about this in advance and we did not like it. The shower door was not sealed well and the floor got partially flooded. The bathroom door had problems in closing: sometimes it did, sometimes it did not.

Wonderful location. Great accommodation. Pet friendly. Professional service. Excelent food. We traveled by car, together with our dog, so we spent a great time together at Pensieri. Already planning to come back in the near future. I already mentioned the excelent food, but still have to emphasize that we especially enjoyed an exquisite item on the menu, a five course meal, called "Trust the chef", which I dare to call true Michelin experience.

Great view at Toscany's hills and location near to Siena center and other cities. The staff was very polite and friendly, they were there for us each moment. The room was beautiful and clean. The food and wine at the restaurant was the best option for a great dinner. All people and services were 10/10 !!!

“A Tuscan delight”
Lovely modern and clean hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious with tea and coffee making appliances, a large comfortable bed, and also a sofa bed. Mini bar was well stocked and the view was stunning from our window nearest to the bed.
