“A comfortable stay along the Canal du Midi”
We were looking for a hotel in Castelnaudary while cycling along the Canal du Midi. This Ibis Styles is comfortable, nicely decorated (specially if you are a Rugby fan!), and the rooms are cosy. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the restaurant is a great option for tapas-style dining at reasonable prices. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel, especially for a chain traditionally considered budget-friendly. A big plus: it offers a bike parking.

The howl is a real treat, rugby themed, very different to the norm. Really well done inside, very welcoming bar and restaurant, good attention to detail. Warm friendly welcome on arrival, really friendly helpful staff. Nice choice of beers and wines, and excellent food in the restaurant.

“Fantastic stay and would recommend”
Loved everything about our stay. Booked last minute. The hotel was perfect and really clean. The rooms were spotless and the bed was comfy. The staff were lovely and welcomed our dog which was so nice. We had food in the restaurant which was delicious and the breakfast was also fantastic. Will definitely be returning when travelling to Spain.

“Nice new hotel with interesting museums”
New hotel with a good bar and restaurant and a very interesting rugby museum with players shirts and photographs displayed throughout the hotel. The haka photo and soundtrack in the lift was a nice touch. The room was very up to date. There was a bike shelter in the car park to secure our bikes. More on the bike shelter below

“Comfortable stay”
Situated just out of town about 5 minute drive into Castelnaudary. Bedroom was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and good facilities in the bathroom. We ate evening meal in the hotel and it was good as was the breakfast.
