“We enjoyed the whole experience of our stay. The Tavern and the village it's in, are just so unique!”
Breakfast was lovely, especially the Floral Orange cake that we hadn't tried before. Marikka chatted with us during and after breakfast which was such a lovely touch.

“Don’t hesitate and get your room”

“Top B&B!”
Wonderful b&b with the loviest host ever in the middle of nice little medieval village. The view on the surrounding meadow and cettle was superb. I also appreciated the tips Marrikka gave me for cruising the area with my bike. Thanks for the nice memories Marrikka!!

Marrika is an excellent host with a friendly and welcoming manner. Her property provides a unique experience ,like travelling back in time, and turned a good trip into a great trip. The village is quiet and nothing opens until 5pm

“Throughly enjoyable”
We had a very enjoyable dinner around the table with the other guests our host joined us as well. The food was extremely tasty. Slept well and the breakfast was all we could eat.

“A lovely village, home and meals.”
The meals at the Tavern were superb, particularly the three course evening meal with wine. The owner of this property was the perfect host, a pleasure to deal with and made sure I understood this is not a hotel but rather, her home I was sharing for three days!

“INTERESTING AND WORTH A TRY ONCE HOWEVER NOT REAL SUITABLE FOR OLDER PEOPLE, PLENTY OF STAIRS”
VERY OLD BUILDING AND FACILITIES RATHER PRIMITIVE HOWEVER THE SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. LIKED THE SURRONDINGS, WHICH TOOK ONE BACK TO YESTERYEAR. DO TAKE A CAMERA WHEN YOU GO DO .

An authentic experience in a centuries old tavern. Marika is the perfect host and we highly recommend booking the evening meal of local produce. The village is unchanged over the centuries.
