Just a perfect stay. Very nice Location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Santareddi in Castelluzzo! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and serenity of the place. The villa is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The views are simply breathtaking. Waking up to the surrounding Sicilian landscape felt like a dream. The location is perfect: close to the crystal-clear waters of San Vito Lo Capo, yet tucked away in a peaceful and authentic Sicilian village. We loved being able to explore nearby beaches and nature reserves during the day, and then return to the villa for relaxing evenings on the terrace with a glass of local wine. The host Mari was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to help with recommendations and making sure we felt at home. Her hospitality made our stay even more special. If you are looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and an authentic Sicilian experience, Villa Santareddi is the perfect choice. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to coming back!

“Lovely property with fantastic outside area”

The outside kitchen and sitting area are fantastic - just as I hoped it would be based on the pictures. Also very much liked the decoration of the house and exterior. The location is very quiet and away from busy tourist areas in the area, but only a 10-15 minutes away from it - so excellent starting point to explore the area and enjoy close by beaches.

The location. Really peaceful and beautiful. Close to the beach. Close to local shops and restaurants. Close to touristic area San Vito if you want more busy area.

“A slice of Sicilian heaven - olive grove with all creature comforts”

I cannot stop raving about this property! This property was set in a peaceful olive grove, surrounded by mountain views in 3 directions. It felt like a Sicilian version of a paradise! The grove eased the gusts of harsh wind from the ocean, but instead gave us a nice breeze. So tranquil and peaceful. An easy drive from San Vito Lo Capo but away from the noise to relax and take in the nature. The house was modern, understated but tastefully furnished with sumptuous soft furnishings, as well as gorgeous local artefacts. Very stylish. The indoor layout was cleverly designed and well thought-out, with pieces of gorgeous Sicilian pieces adorning the space. I especially appreciated the big windows that have quality fly screens, so we could take in the scenery ( and lovely frangipani tree ) outside without the need for air conditioning. We enjoyed the outdoor shower after coming back from the beach. The outdoor kitchen and the living space was wonderful, clean and elegant. ( they have a kitchenette inside also ) The family loved the property so much that we had no desire to go into town. I think it was an exceptional value. Mari the owner gave us ample of information and advice about the surrounding area and local beaches, and was always a message away. Thank you so much Mari!

“Excellent!”

Absolutely lovely stay. The view and the house is stunning. Less than 15 mins drive to the San Vito Lo Capo city centre but this was what we wanted, away from the crowd and enjoyed our own time. Spent every night watching stars under the olive tree in the garden and barbecue with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean! The indoor area is not big but we love outdoor and love how Mari arranged the settings. The outdoor bathroom was great! Watching the sky and take a nice shower. Mari was kind and provided a lot of recommendations for sightseeing and dining. We would definitely return and stay at the place for vacations!
