“Magnificent villa and warm people”

Beautiful villa 10 min drive from a nice beach. We stayed for 2 nights and liked everything. Rooms are quiet basic but there are all necessary things and in the kitchen the one may use kettle and fridge.

We were there mid-june for 3 days and could have stay for much longer. Giovanni and his father are very friendly and easy people. The location is just perfect not so far from Nature park and some beautiful beaches. The house is exactly like the description and it doesn’t disappoint. It is very quiet and is well mantained.

The host was amazing-very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast and coffee were fresh and delicious. Breakfast mainly consisted of sweet options, which were very enjoyable.

A beautiful, authentic place to stay. Lovely pastries for breakfast on the terrace. Restaurants in a walkable distance and shop. Close to San Vito lo campo (we had a car).

The guesthouse is beautifully located, and the house itself is a true architectural gem. Giovanni is a wonderful, very helpful host who shares his family home with guests, which makes the whole experience very special and authentic. There are beautiful beaches nearby by car. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. There is also a beautiful garden where you can truly relax. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and everything was perfectly organized. Overall, a wonderful place that I would highly recommend.

I loved everything! The location, the house, the garden, the atmosphere, and the kind, responsive, welcoming, helpful, and very warm-hearted hosts! The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, one big blanket 🥳👌, comfortable pillows (that’s important to me)👌. The birdsong and the smell of freshly baked buns were such a pleasant start to the morning and motivation to get up for a new day…😇 This was my dream vacation! I will definitely be back!!!👌

Exceptional place where you can feel like living in a real Italian villa. Appartment rooms are big and stylish, also there is a huge common living room and kitchen that can be used by guests. Our appartment had a nice private terrace with a view to the mountain and sea. Breakfast was really nice, we had yogurt, fresh fruits, brusketas, pastries. There were also several types of juices, granola, coffee. Special thanks to the manager Giuseppe who was the most friendly, helpful and made our stay in this nice place even more remarkable.

“Rustic charm in a beautiful setting”

We really like a rustic style and this had it. The room was lovely and clean. Setting was off the busy main road of Castelluzzo. Giovanni was very helpful and friendly. Wish we were staying longer.
