“Wonderful property in the country side of Mantova”

Corte Mainolda is a lovely property just out of Mantova. The room was very very spacious, confortable and clean. The old walls give it a very particular style and with the pieces of modern decoration makes the room look very original. The bathroom was also very spacious. All ammenities provided. Wifi works well in the room and common areas. Outside there is a farm and a plantation. Breakfast offered several options. Very good. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! All staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated: top marks for the interior design! Large and comfortable bed, beautiful views from the bathroom. The stuff was friendly and attentive, clearly they run the place with passion. Renè, the dog, is a very pleasant and relaxing presence. The quality of the breakfast is excellent and almost all was handmade. We will definitely return.

The place is amazing, so beautiful and pastoral. It's a great combination of authenticity and comfort. The rooms and surroundings are well kept, and our hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Recommend to take a walk to the backyard looking like a small fairytale.

This old farm is a very charming place, in a quiet atmosphere. The owners (including the lovely dog René) are really friendly and took a great care of us. We warmly recommand the delicious and home-made breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent - mixture of Italian biscuits, cereals and cakes, but also lovely scrambled egg on toast. Great coffee to. Very pleasant way to get the day started. The location was ideal for Mantova, our main stopping off point, but was also perfectly situated for days out in Parma, Verona and Lake Garda. Also, depending on the season the area is quite an interesting area for nature - the Mincio Reserve - and we saw loads of Cattle Egrets in the fields, there is a Stork sanctuary nearby and loads of opportunities for boat trips on the local lakes and waterways.

We liked everything! Wholeheartedly recommended! Amazing host, great breakfast, clean room and nice area.

Silent place with very authentic renovated architectural farm. The rooms are big, have an original interior. The homemade dinner is a must do! You really feel it’s a family business. We also loved the young dog Renée who is very kind. Guilia is also very helpful if you’re in need of tips for Mantua.

The structure is an older building carefully restored. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast sumptuous. And the host Giulia friendly and helpful. She provided good information about nearby restaurants. Even our very picky friends loved it. It’s about 20 minutes from Mantua.
