We stayed here for one night on our way from Rome to the Leaning Tower of Pisa by rental car. We booked two rooms, and the hosts prepared enough beds for our family. The elderly couple who manage the property were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The kitchen, dining area, and washing machine were well equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was raining and a bit chilly during our stay, but we were able to turn on the heating and had a warm and pleasant night.

We regularly travel to Italy for holiday. It is rare to find such truly authentic place as Case Nuove. The hosts are cordially friendly, generous. and take great care, while respecting the guests‘ privacy. The Swimming Pool is very nice. The location has a beautiful view and, while rural, you can easily reach the beaches of the Etruscan coast in 30 minutes and you can go to many nice cities such as Volterra. This is highly recommended for a family holiday. Grazie mille, Anna, Stefania and Franco!

“Best tuscany cozy and warm stay”
Franco and his wife were the nicest and sweetest souls in this planet. Everything was immaculate clean. As soon as we arrived, Franco showed us the room and all the amenties we could use. The room was equiped with a fridge, coffee machine, cutlery, kettle. Franco and his wife work in Case Nuove and take care of all gardens around. It is the most peaceful environment, with a pool for clients only, that we only shared with other tenants in another room. This is a hidde gem in the Tuscany that feels like being home :) It's been 18h since we checked out and we haven't stop talking about it and about how much we liked it.
