Our stay at Podere 1384 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The pool area was often completely private, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets Podere 1384 apart is the atmosphere. The moment you arrive, you feel at home. It’s a place where you can disconnect, relax, and recharge. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the carefully prepared breakfast, is done with love. The breakfast was a real highlight – freshly made each day and served with such care and attention. We are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories at this magical place. “Amazing place, peaceful vacation with a lot of sightseeing”
This place is everything you are looking for in Tuscany. Location is perfect for those looking for peaceful vacation, but that is also close enough to everything to go sightseeing. Staff was very nice, kind and friendly, they also helped us find nearby restaurants and places to visit. Environment and pool is amazing, everything is very tidy and rooms are very clean. Food was also great and so was fitness.

“Absolutely stunning!”
The hotel has a great location close to Panzano and Castellina in Chianti. It’s completely renovated and nicely designed. It’s really five star experience! Delicious food, great selection of wine, very friendly and professional staff and the best manager Andrea. We have been many times in Chianti area and this hotel is my far the best we have visited. Thank you whole team for your hospitality, you made our stay absolutely stunning. We cannot wait to comeback.

The place was so beautiful. It's a new place, everything was clean and impressive. High level interior design. The pool was perfect and the view was unbelievable. Andrea was charming and pampered us in every way. The restaurant in the hotel is at a very high level. They just wait for customers to arrive and treat them like royalty, highly recommend.

First impressions are breathtaking - entrance, views, landscaping, outdoor furniture & structure /materials used in the buildings is very welcoming, high quality & world class. The staff are all well trained & knowledgible - fabulous deep tissue massage in the spa & wonderful food & wine in the restaurant for dinner. A most outstanding GM in Andrea Pieri - the consumate host - nothing too much trouble & a wealth of knowledge of the history of the resort, the area & surrounds plus a delight to deal with on every level - a rare skill! Breakfast was located in a heavenly spot with views of the rolling hills & the breakfast itself was a tasty, nutritious & well presented offering- we didn't require the additional offer of eggs as we were going to lunch. We are world travellers from Australia for both business & holidays & this is a gem!
