The hotel room was very nice, and the scenery was beautiful. The front desk staff were also great — they even recommended a place to eat, and it turned out to be surprisingly delicious. Their T-bone steak was especially good. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is located in a mountain villa — a quiet, peaceful little town nearby, and when you wake up, you're surrounded by the villa grounds on the mountain.

They didn’t mention that they’r restaurat is closed when we had our booking.We had to go to other villages/towns to eat for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was ok.

The room was a generous size in one of the old estate buildings with a huge ensuite shower room. Best shower I can remember having. We had a wine tasting, which was much better value than the wine tour, which is heavily promoted. Very well presented and interesting to sample all the Fonterutoli wine. Restaurant was shut when we stayed (Monday) but we ate breakfast there. There was a good selection of pastries and great coffee. The service at the wine bar and in the restaurant was so helpful.

We stayed in a junior suite with the most incredible view. Included breakfast was very good and it was great to have an on-site restaurant, wine bar and winery all walking distance. There is a (positively) old world vibe here

Great Vineyard close to Siena in the heart of Chianti. Attached to the location is a fantastic Italian bar with great Tuscan home made food very reasonable.

Room was sensational! Beautiful views! Check In was easy and hassle free and we were shown where to do for our wine tour. The wine tour itself was superb, some of the best wines we tasted the whole trip! I am part of the wine club and ordered 6 bottles to be delivered home.
