“Cosy hotel in a town next to Barcelona”

The hotel room was very spacious and had a bathtub. The wardrobe provided enough clothes hangers and there were many shelves. The AC system worked well. The daily cleaning service made sure everything was clean. The beauty products provided were very good. The hotel also offered a good breakfast included and had a restaurant where we ate one of the best paellas throughout the whole trip in Spain. We also appreciated how easy it was to get from the town where the hotel is located to Barcelona. There were frequent bus rides leaving from right in front of the hotel. The staff was always very respectful and helpful.

Great reception team, very warm welcome on arrival and every day after. Rooms were simple, but kept very clean and fresh every day, thank you. Breakfast was a typical Spanish meal fresh and a good assortment Plain, simple hotel with all you need for a stay in this area. I would definitely come again and would recommend it

During our stay in Barcelona, we had unpleasant experience, our bag with documents was stolen on the train. Lady from the reception, proactively helped us, made several calls doing everything to support and guide us. Absolutely fantastic person, THANK YOU!

The hotel was amazing, very clean, breakfast more than satisfying, personnel extremely polite and willing to help with any request. The room was big, as well as the bathroom. I would gladly stay there again in my next visit to Barcelona.

“Money Stolen From Our Room and Hotel Showed Zero Responsibility”

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable. From the beginning, the heating system was not working and we spent nights freezing cold, with no real effort from the staff to fix the issue. The worst part happened on the last day, when we left money inside our bag in the room and after the cleaner entered for housekeeping, the money was missing. We immediately reported it to the hotel, but their reaction was arrogant and dismissive. Instead of taking the situation seriously or trying to investigate properly, they kept sending us around telling us to “go to the police” while blindly defending the cleaner by saying she had “worked there for 10 years.” Even worse, we have been waiting for days for any proper response or follow-up from the hotel and received absolutely nothing. No apology, no accountability, no effort to resolve the situation — just negligence and complete lack of professionalism. This hotel offers neither basic security nor respect for its guests. We felt ignored, unprotected, and extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise others to be very careful before booking here

The staff were very good and spoke English which helped us out a lot! It was easy to find and parking was good too, albeit a bit tight around the pillars but that seems standard in many places. There was a bus stop nearby so we didn't need to drive again that day and there were a ton of restuarants with various foods on offer just outside the hotel along the street.
