Decent budget hotel.close to public transport and shops.

The location was relatively convenient.

“Terrible”

The patio doors wouldn’t lock. They could be lifted up and easily opened from the outside.. I didn’t feel safe. The room was cold. There were some A/C or heating elements I didn’t know how to operate. I had written to them and asked in advance for the wifi info as I was arriving after midnight. They didn’t write back. They were generally negligent with my request and real slow with pertinent info. It was like pulling teeth. I almost left at 3-4am but everything in the area was booked. I slept 3-5 hours but having everything that I was wearing (including heavy winter jacket and gloves) still on. It was bad experience.

The room was clean and near the beach and restaurants.

We got a nice clean room up stairs. It had room dor everything. For this money and location it's very good. The host is nice, trying to help always.

Broken toilet door -no privacy. Personell was informed but couldn't repair. They promised compensation but we didn't get that. No replies snse on the company WhatsApp. Not recommended place to stay.

There is no fridge in the room.

The staffs were so nice , the location is top notch h , very close to the beach, and one can walk to bus stops and the train station is walkable as well , the location is excellent

Bed bugs, bad smell, we were shifted to another room, all our bodies was bitten and we were scratching and skin irritated… horrible experience ! To avoid, not even any gesture by the hotel manager.

At check in the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The food place next to the hotel has great food with reasonable prices.

“Dad Bugs!”

Dear Hotel Manager's I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay . Unfortunately, my experience was severely affected by an unacceptable issue: the room I was assigned was infested with bed bugs. During my stay, I suffered numerous painful and itchy bites, which have caused me significant discomfort and required medical attention. This situation not only disrupted my stay but also raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene and health standards. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter immediately to prevent further incidents for future guests. Additionally, I expect a full refund for my stay and appropriate compensation for the distress and medical expenses incurred.
