The apartment is clean. I like that there is a sofa bed like if you want to lay down when you’re watching television. The neighborhood was nice and it’s quiet. Kinda convenient to go to the city center of Barcelona.

We really liked the apartment, spacious, very clean, well furnished, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation. In addition, the room has everything you need to cook, lots of dishes, household appliances. The staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel for the possibility of late check-out, because we were on holiday with children and our flight was late in the evening. The location of the hotel is also convenient, only 10 minutes from the sea, a bus stop, which only takes half an hour to get to the center of Barcelona, in addition, only 35 minutes to the airport. The sea with beautiful free beaches, showers and toilets. I highly recommend eating right in the bars on the beach! We want to come back here again!

“Lovely, cosy apartment like home”
The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, fully equipped. We loved the big terrace and shower. Bed was comfortable. Location close to the bus station and train, 30-50 minutes to Barcelona. “Perfect City & Coastal Combination, Well Worth A Second Look.”
There's an awful lot to like about this property. First thing to acknowledge is the truly exceptional service provided by Manuel, the property manager, starting with the spectacular effort of staying awake beyond 3am to manage our check in, after storms caused the collapse of the high speed rail service between Madrid and Barcelona. Manuel's patience and support rescued an otherwise disastrous journey that should have been one of the highlights of our trip. Thereafter, Manuel took care of our every need and ensured that we felt taken care of whatever we needed, including calling us a taxi to the airport and allowing us to store our luggage in the property in the intervening period. The property itself, while compact in living space, offers a very spacious bedroom with an impressive terrace directly off it, which offers screened privacy with views of the mature pines that line the streets. Without doubt in the hotter months it's an absolute paradise, particularly with its furnished communal outside space. And it was spotlessly clean. The location is even more convenient than it appears online, a gentle 10 minute stroll along what is effectively the same road, straight to a beautiful beach with a long wide promenade with several beachfront restaurants and cafes. Five minutes into that walk is the bus stop for a fifty minute 3 euro bus ride into Barcelona city centre, or 15 minute ride in the other direction into the town centre with its pretty and lively church square and direct railway link to the city. A longer stay would have been well rewarded, as we continued to discover more amenities and possibilities the longer we were there. The kitchen area was a shrewd use of limited space, but a full size fridge-freezer is a bonus for self-caterers, as was the full size oven and washing machine.
