“Super B&B With Amazing Hosts”
Our hosts Susi and Cristiano were exceptional. We arrived late from Pisa Airport but nothing was too much trouble. They welcomed us and made you feel at home immediately. Also they had booked the local village restaurant for our dinner. Which was superb and only 800 meters away The residence is superb. Rooms are spacious immaculately cared for with comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. The outside terraces and pool area is beautifully maintained with views of the local countryside. The attention to detail and services as well as their hospitality is remarkable. Breakfast is buffet and freshly cooked with was delicious. An amazing place in a great central location for the area with fantastic hosts.

“Great location not far from the main tourist hubs Pisa and Lucca and hosts the best.”
From when we first arrived we were treated as long lost friends by Suzy and Cristiano, welcome drink shown around the place is just magic probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed if not the best. We could not fault anything from the bed to the massage shower. The pool area was very tranquil with our own gazebo for evening drinks. The breakfast was anything you wanted far to much for us as along with continental there was a cooked english style option. Considering its a B&b you can even order Italian food platter in the evening when you did not want to go out with a selection of good wines.

rural location but easy to get to Pisa airport and the coast at Livorno. very clean and spacious room. lovely outdoor spaces to relax in the shade or sun. very warm welcome from Susi and Cristiano and great to be able to have a meal there as long as you give Susi 12-24 hours notice. air conditioning worked very well.
