We stayed on this campsite for a week as a family of 5 in 3 bedroom chalet. The 3 bed chalet was new clean and cosy with quite a big outside patio. Unfortunately walls are so thin that it makes it very inconvenient as you can hear everything. Also bed matresses are hard and not comfortable. The facilities on a campsite are good such as playground, swimming pool, access to river. We found that food at the restaurant was often overcooked and burnt apart from delicious pizza ( only served friday to sunday lol). What was definately the best is LOCATION, you surrunded by beautiful mountains, forest, 10 mins from amazing lake. In summary we fall in love with gorges du verdon but we will not be back to huttopia.

The location is perfect if you want to hike in Gorges du Verdon, most interesting hikes can be started just a 20 minute drive from the camping. The tent felt very cozy. 2 Spots to swim in the river and 2 swimming pools located on the camping, perfect for cooling down after a long hike.

Location is just few km drive from Castellane with great amenities for caravans, tents and travelers who just prefer to use the different types of houses the campus offers. Really liked the policy about cars not being allowed on site after 23.00 for maximizing the quiet period during the night . If you arrive later you just leave your car outside the site until next morning.
