Nice room with great French balcony. Good breakfast for small extra fee. Walking distance from old town and nature walks. Booking directly with owner is much cheaper.

Character and position.

Excellent and varied breakfast, friendly owner. Perfect location for exploring the Verdon gorges and the village. Large and free parking in front of the structure.

Welcomed by our host, Annick - she showed us to our room first, then we were able to put our cycles in the garage. Our room was a good size with adjoining en suite. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was also a balcony with a bistro set accessed through the patio doors, great for sitting out on a sunny evening! The beds/pillows were comfortable. Annick's home is ideally placed for walking into Castellane. Breakfast in the morning was continental and typically French. Annick's home is beautiful decorated and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and served by the owner, great choice and delicious. The hotel is lovely, its just outside town so very quiet and comfortable. I did not read the check in details so arrived too early and my room was not ready, this was no problem as I just unloaded my luggage and went off to visit the Citroen museum nearby. Everything was sorted when I returned and I had a great stay. I will stay here again!

Location was excellent, right next to the centre of Castellane, and a free parking lot. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Limited savoury options are available only upon request (previous day). Room was nice and spacious and the shower was good.

The breakfast on the front terrace was a really nice start to the day. The location is minutes walk from the centre of Castellane. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the style of the house.
