“Good value and nice staff.”
Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast (yoghurt, toast with ham & cheese, croissant, fruit and cappuccino). Good value for money. Easy instructions for self check in. I hired an electric “fat bike” to cycle around the area for €10.

“Lovely quiet residence away from the busyness of Santa Maria”
The room was lovely and clean, the staff were extremely helpful, even helping us get to nearby Santa Maria on multiple occasions. The location is very handy for the beach, just a short walk, and very quiet. Beautiful upstairs terrace.

“The accomodation was comfortable and in a great location.”
The terrace was fantastic. Amazing views and as we were a big group it was somewhere for us to all go and chat which was perfect. Breakfast every morning was also great and Massimo was amazing, looking after us all and giving us lifts to and from Santa Maria. Would definitely recommend

“Comfortable and quiet”
What a lovely place. The rooms are small but they have everything you need in them. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and with a nice selection to choose from. There is a laundry card that always you to use a nearby laundromat for free. The owner was always available and also had an adapter for out plug. It was quiet and peaceful. Overall, a really comfortable stay.
