“Fabulous stay night over location when you walk the Via Francigena”
Great location, hospitality and services. Without any restaurants in the area they provided us good wine and pasta and sauce to be prepared by ourselves.

Location near Francigena Trail. Quaint. Small communal balcony, lovely views. Clean communal kitchen. Good breakfast. Good hot shower and large communal bathroom. Ice provided for a sore knee. Thank you.

“Beautiful Tuscan Villa under renovation but need a car”
Great opportunity to stay in a Tuscan Villa with a breaktaking view from a shared balcony in the BBQ area upstairs. We had the house to ourselves (there are individual rooms) so the shared bathroom was not a problem but I expect it would be difficult with lots of people. The host's mother showed us our room. No English but we managed with our rudimentary Italian and very clear instructions sent by Sabrina. The shared kitchen was huge and well stocked and we woke to a lovely prepared continental breakfast.

“Amazing break on our Via Francigena walk.”
Exceptional in all respects 12/10. Spotlessly clean room and kitchen, friendly and attentive owners. Relaxing, quiet setting with views from the balcony, and nice garden. Best experience on VF, a really good breakfast and for pilgrims they provided some pasta and sauce to cook ourselves for dinner (no shops within walking distance) but only 150 m from the actual VF track)

So clean with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped, shared kitchen and host left pasta and sauce for dinner as no restaurants nearby. Very beautiful views from the terrace.

Very nice place in a great location! As we were hiking and there are no stores nearby, the owner gave us some sauce and pasta which we could cook in the kitchen. That was great as it saved us from caring extra during the day. The room was really nicely decorated, and there is a beautiful terrace, too.

“Lovely quiet villa a little outside Castelfiorentino”
The B&B had a wonderful little terrace with a table, and we were able to cook in the fully-stocked kitchen and eat our dinner out on the terrace. Also, Sabrina went out of her way to prepare a vegan breakfast for me, which was much appreciated! The villa is a little further from shops and the hustle and bustle of town, which is exactly why we loved it. Just make sure you pop by the local Lidl on your way in.
