Very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Modern apartment with all the comfort even for a longer stay. Private parking inside the property. The hosts prepared even a fitness room for use, which unfortunately we were unable to use due to too short stay. Special thanks to Fabio and Lucy for the gift at the end of the stay. We will be happy to come back again.

Our stay at La Casita was truly unforgettable. Fabio and Lucy are incredibly sunny and welcoming hosts. Despite our late arrival at 8:00 PM, they greeted us with genuine warmth. The interior is very cozy, perfectly organized, and impeccably clean. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the bedroom and the kitchen – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautifully maintained, offering a great spot to relax in the sun, and having secure parking inside the property was a significant advantage. We will fondly remember the kind gesture of exchanging gifts and our wonderful conversations. We hope to have the opportunity to visit Castelfidardo and stay with Fabio and Lucy again. Best wishes!

The property had an excellent location to the town very accessible. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was home from home. It was tastefully decorated by the hosts. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful area even though in the town.

Fabio and Lucy, the hosts, are super friendly and helpful, either on providing tips where to go to the beach, making reservations in Italien restaurants for us, etc. The cosy apartment was equipped as described, we didn't miss anything and we really liked the loving interior design and the comfortable beds. Even our large car did fit easily on the reserved parking place right next to the apartment. Long story short: we were felt much more than good friends than guests. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday!

We like everything in this Casa. Very big space,, extremly clean rooms and kitchen and also bathroom. In the living room there are beautiful wooden accessories and also this room is very big. Our hosts was very friendly, nice and beautiful people.

The hosts spoke very good English. It was essential that they met us as finding No'9 was not easy due to the one way system. Once found it is easy to return to. Hosts provided beer and water in the fridge. Excellent hosts

The apartment was clean and spacious and a short walk uphill to the centre of town.

The location of the house is excellent. There is a supermarket and restaurant about 200 meters away, which is extremely convenient. The apartment condition and facilities are consistent with those in the pictures. The rooms are very spacious and bright, and also are very clean and tidy. Looking out from the yard, the scenery is extremely beautiful. Fabio and Lucy are very warm and friendly. They introduced the whole apartment to us. Fabio even led us from the apartment to the supermarket to familiarize us with the route and showed us the location of the restaurants. Fabio said that he was very glad to assist us because he understood what it meant to be far from home. The words of Fabio immediately touched me and made me feel less strange, alleviating the tension brought by being in an unfamiliar environment. With their warm and thoughtful help, we were able to concentrate on preparing for the competitions. Fabio and Lucy arranged their time in advance to send us. In the crucial round of the competition, Fabio specially went to buy lucky breakfast. Fabio's father personally cooked authentic Italian noodles for us to show their support and encouragement for us. Lucy would always bring us biscuits and ham slices for a late-night snack. They all went to the competition site to cheer and support us. They also held a celebration ceremony. Fabio, Lucy, their parents and three children were all there. What they did made us feel the warmth of home. On the night before we left, Fabio also prepared a farewell dinner. Due to other arrangements, we didn't return until eleven o'clock at night. Unexpectedly, Fabio and his parents were still awake and waiting for us to come back to say goodbye.The next morning at seven,their daughter gave a handmade gift to my daughter as a blessing, and there was also a painting by their little son. Lucy sent us to the train station. It is truly a loving family.
