“The perfect rural getaway in Sicily”

This place is a hidden gem perched on a hill overlooking the valley and the town of Castelbuono. It is absolutely beautiful — green, peaceful, and full of animals including cats, dogs, sheep, goats, donkeys, rabbits, and tortoises — making it perfect for children and anyone looking to escape busy town life and experience an authentic countryside atmosphere. Cristina and Peppe are wonderful hosts. It is clear they genuinely enjoy welcoming people and sharing their way of life with their guests. We absolutely loved our stay and only regretted booking for just one night, as we could easily have spent a whole week or more relaxing in such a charming place. The room had everything we needed, including a kettle for tea and coffee, with tea bags and coffee thoughtfully provided. There is also an outdoor kitchen exclusively for guests, where meals can be prepared and then enjoyed on the veranda overlooking the valley. On-site parking is available as well. A huge thank you to Cristina and Peppe for making our stay so special.

Beautiful location though a 40 minute walk from Casteluono - Fantastic hosts who made us feel very welcome with lots of tips about hiking and places to visit.

A very authentic experience! Cristina & Pepe are the nicest and most hospitable people we met during our travels in Sicily. The place they created is truly beautiful, with a stunning view of Castelbuono and the Madonie mountains, and with cute and friendly animals all around. The room we had was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. We really recommend this accommodation!

“Absolute recommend!!”

Cristina’s und Pepe’s beautiful wooden house is surrounded by a lush green garden with their lovely animals and a breathtaking view onto the green valley and hills and the scenic city of Castelbuono. The room is very cozy and smells of wood. Cristina and Pepe are warm, fun and their hospitality exceed any expectations. There isn’t anything you can’t love about this place.

We couldn’t wish for better hosts! They are so welcoming and warm people. The place is clean, comfortable and you feel like you are at home. If you like hiking this is the best place to stay!

I felt incredibly welcomed by Cristina and Pepe in their beautiful farm house. They were very kind, cheerful and provided local recommendations. The view of the surrounding mountains was incredible, and I loved having their animals around the garden. It was nice meeting other guests; we went to the festival in town together. It is easier to stay here with a car. The accommodation had everything you could want and more, clean and homely. Supermarkets closeby and 30min to Cefalu by car/bus. Thank you so much, really :)!!

“Dreamy cottage owned by the nicest couple!”

Cristina and Pepe were always ready to help us with literally anything and made us feel welcome immediately (even though we arrived very late in the evening)! The view on the newly remodelled terrace was breathtaking. We only stayed for 2 nights, but wish we stayed longer! Each morning they offered us a coffee and some biscuits even though this wasn't included. They also provided us with many restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. We also especially enjoyed the company of their 2 dogs and 4 cats!

We really enjoyed our stay near Castelbuono. The location is perfect for visiting nearby towns and the beach, and we got some wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They are truly wonderful and nice people who will welcome you with open arms. The animals are also a plus! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Very authentic experience on peaceful location. Cristina and Pepe are very hospitable and genuine. If you want to experience what is like to live in the Sicilian countryside, this is the best place. Castelbuono is also very nice and clean village, there are also many beautiful spots to see in the surroundings.

“A Magical Experience in Sicily”

The entire experience was quite a magical one. From the beautiful views, the friendly hosts, the cosy accomodation to the lovely animals. This was definitely one of the highlights of my Sicily trip. The hosts, Cris and Peppe are incredibly hospitable and kind. Peppe built the entire place with his hands and as a guest you can feel the love he put into the place with the infinite attention to detail. For my friend and I, this was infinitely better than any 5 star hotel. The animals are all unbelievable friendly and and the location is just incredibly peaceful. Could not reccomend this place more. There is a pizza oven in the guest Kitchen room which I look forward to using with Cris and Peppe in the future. Cris was also very helpful providing us with invaluable tips for the rest of our Sicily trip. Grazie Mille Cris e Peppe

A beautifil setting on top of a hill with a wide view on the surrounding mountains. Cristina and Pepe were friendly and very helpful hosts. Perfect place for hiking trips or just for a few days of calm and peace.

Pepe and Cristina are the nicest people on earth, they are warm-hearted and funny and we even got invited into their house for a small breakfast. All the animals were entertaining and the cabin was very romantic with a comfortable bed and heaters + adapters

Sweet couple hosting a wooden house with a rural farm and many animals. The room is large, warm and clean. Cristina and Peppe are just wonderful people. You will find yourself at home.

Perfect place in the nature, but also close to the beautiful village Castelbuono. Cute and clean room and a comfortable bed. We would go there any time again. The Hosts are very nice and welcoming. They helped us with our hiking tours and many helpful information..
