The best was the owner, Nicola. Very helpful at late night arrival while they were on abroad. There was an overbooking issue which he has solved in a dream way. We have been compensated in a lot of ways just because we were willing to move to another apartment for two nights. The apartment is huge and spacy, calm and cold in the big hot times, without air conditioner. Parking is easy and safe. Beach is pretty calm and water is perfect, extreme amount of sunbeds, shower on the beach. The perfect simplicity. Very good location to visit Naples and the major touristic area from this house.

The property is spacious and has good sizeable place for parking in a locked yard. Process of check in was convenient. We were satisfied with staying at this property and the kind hosts. Breakfast in nearby caffeteria was tasty and with a sufficient variety. We stayed 1 night and did not explore the surroundings.
