“Bellisimo”
The service was excellent. The food and beverages were fantastic and the staff were very accommodating, professional & friendly. Between us, we overcame the language barrier. We enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed a 2nd night. We came to Italy to experience the people and their way of life, and that is exactly what we were treated to.

“No english staff, bad customer service”
None of the staff spoke english, we were unable to communicate with anyone from the hotel via email, msg or phone calls. We had to make some changes to the trip so we wanted to request for changing date of the booking or cancellation, but we were not able to communicate anything to the hotel. We called them twice, and we were received by the front desk staff yelling "NO ENGLISH" multiple times. They do not sound helpful or friendly at all.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee,, croissants, brioche full Italian breakfast, all freshly made daily. The personnel in the reception, the hotel and the bar show their love for their jobs every day.
