We stayed for 3 nights at the Castara inn and we loved it. The room is well thought out with facilities for cooking if needed, though we just made our own breakfast, and ate locally in the different restaurants in Castara and surrounding areas. We liked the little touches in the room like the usb chargers, big beach towels, books to borrow and the lovely big bathroom etc. The sunset view is just beautiful and we loved watching all the birds and wildlife. Rhonda was in touch with information before we arrived which was really helpful and was easy to get hold of on WhatsApp if needed.

Lovely, spacious studio apartment with amazing views of the sea from both the apartment terrace and the large communal garden. Rhonda and Marlon were fantastic hosts. We enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife and the fact there was access to a private beach. Short walk into town with views of Castara Bay.

Short walk up hill from Castara village and beach. Great sunset views. Hidden cove was a plus, down side of cliff via steep stairs.

Honestly? Nothing. The only “positive” is that I quickly learned you can’t rely on a paid reservation here.

“Nice stay in well equipped apartment”

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It is generally well equipped, very spacious and has lovely views over Castara bay. It was generally easy to contact the owner/manager to fix any problems - and they were good at giving advice on local area etc. While the private balcony doesn't (quite) have a sunset view - there is one from the grounds with chairs to sit on and watch it... Aircon excellent - and covers the living room / kitchen area as well as bedrooms. Castara bay idyllic - quiet (but that does mean limited restaurant / bar options) and lovely golden sand beach. Can be surprisingly rough given it is a deep bay. A car recommended.

Fantastic outlook and well-provisioned accommodation. Surrounded by trees, birdlife, and a dark starry sky. Short walk (5 mins) into town.

The room was ok. Definitely bigger than 10 sqm. More like 30 sqm.

The location and room facilities were great and the host went above and beyond to help us thank you Marlon.

“It was a relaxing experience”

I loved how the upper balcony had such a spectacular view as well as the room had a home like feeling to it. The property is also closely located to some of the main attractions within Castara (Castara Bay, Cheno’s Coffee Shop)

This was our first time visiting Tobago, and we were so pleased we chose castara Inn. The apartment was absolutely beautiful it had everything thing you needed and was spotlessly clean. From the balcony in the evening, watching the sunset was spectacular. And waking up in the mornings, hearing the sound of waves and all the birds around was delightful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Rhonda, but she was a great help to us before we even arrived in Tobago. Marlon was there to meet us on our arrival he was an excellent host, and we could not have wished for anyone better. It was definitely paradise, and we will be going back, we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tobago you will not be disappointed.

The appartement was perfect for me. It was very comfortable, clean, neat and had everything I needed. The view from the garden down to the sea is astonishing. When I openened my door, I could hear the waves and the birds singing. Sitting on a bench in the garden and enjoying this surrounding with a coffee in my hand, was just like a dream. The location is great, it is a 5-10 mins to the center of Castara and the beach. Rhonda and Andrew were always very helpfull and pro-active. Even a late check-in worked out perfect, as I was running late after my arrival to Tobago. I would definately recommed this place to solo travellers as well as couples. The area is so beautiful. It was very lively in the evening at a café at the town center and there is a nice restaurant up on the hill, on the way to the center, where you can enjoy great food or just a sundowner. I ll be back for sure.
