We are very, very happy with our stay. We stay for 5 nights (family with 3 kids). We love this location - very quiet and beautiful area typical for toscany: olive trees and vineyards. Few minutes by car to city beach. There is very nice swiming pool with place to rest. Our room has 2 bathrooms and great view from the terrace. Thanks Riccardo!

“The perfect getaway if you need to load your batteries.”
The place is peaceful, serene, spacious, and the hosts are very friendly and flexible. The two! swimming pools are a luxury that one seldom sees. There's also a gym, where you can pump up the volume :) or keep up your cardio level from declining. The property is within walking distance to the charming town of Castagneto Carducci. Donoratico, where you can buy groceries and several beaches are a quick drive from the location. I highly recommend the tplace for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Lovely location. no frills but easy to find services close to the resort. Good and gentle staff. Excellent swimming pools. a small jewel in the tuscany countryside

Very nice place in the Tuscan countryside with a wonderful swimming pool. Rooms a bit old style and basic but clean.
