“Good location”
Very central. 4th floor with elevator. Host allowed us to park our motorbike in his garage, which was much appreciated. We were in the triple room, very large as is the bathroom. Clean and had everything we need. Shared kitchen is available. Decor is vintage.

“Great stay and helpful owners!”
Great location and very helpful. Yes and coffee avail as well as washing machine and soap and a wash line. Kitchen is shared but we glad no issues with that. Bathroom was big.

Perfect location close to the center. Very friendly owner. Everything clean and comfortable. Tea and cofee available in the kitchen. Balcony and air condition available.

Great for 1-2 nights great size room very nice helpful host,good kitchen to share. We stayed for the night so we could visit the Abby up on the hill that was amazing.

We received a very friendly welcome and the room and common areas were beautiful. Our host was wonderful and helped us find members of our Italian family who had been out of touch for over 40 years. The place is ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood and everything was done to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. A stay that remains a wonderful memory. Many thanks to Gian Marco!

“Would totally recommend this place to stay for a small weekend trip.”
Was an amazing top floor bed and breakfast with large kitchen and bedroom. Very quiet and super close to restaurants and the town centre. Gian met me even earlier than my expected check in which was really helpful. The place was super clean and comfy. Was probably my favourite place I stayed during my 2 week Italy trip.
