“It’s perfection in every way!”

The property was everything and more than we had hoped for. It was in a fabulous location on the hill below Montecassino Abbey with great views over Cassino town. The apartment was super spacious with a lovely outdoor balcony. The gardens and grounds are spectacular! Our host Carolina was just lovely picking us up from the station on arrival and taking us back when we left. On our first evening she took us into town and spoilt us with an aperitif together in a lovely bar/bakery. We then had a fabulous meal at ‘Sir Caspar’ restaurant.

Authentic Italian residence, with great location overlooking Cassino. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The owner Carolina does not speak English but this was no problem as she used google translation for our email and text messages. Her son meet us with her on arrival , he spoke good English, explained everything to us and gave us the keys. The property is very secure with a controlled gate, good parking and security cameras. The apartment had a kitchen with everything we needed including a washing machine. As a bonus, it is literally minutes by car from the Abby Monti Cassino We had a perfect stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

“Between Heaven and Earth”

Receipt by owner Carolina awfully friendly. Everything you expect is there. Parking on site and gated Our apartment very spacious. Great terrace. Views over Cassino. Great place to stay. About an hours drive from both Rome and Napoli Sea some 40/50 kms to the west. For those interested: Monte Cassino war memorial and Monestery are just a bit further up the mountain.

Carolina is a great host! She was so kind to drive us to monte cassino and the the supermarket after a long tiring walk all the way from roccasecca. Nice view over the city from the balcony.

The whole building and our apartment was in a wonderful position with exceptional views over the town of Cassino and surrounding mountains. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, with supplies of milk, water and breakfast items left for us. Best of all was Carolina who was a wonderful hostess and went completely out of her way to look after us. Top marks, I would recommend without hesitation.

“Super stay in a super place”

As we managed to book the same appartement as the previous times we enjoyed staying at Carolina's it felt like coming home. A wonderful stay, relaxing after trampling in and over ancient Rome's Portus and town of Ostia Antica. As being op a mountainside a super view from the appartement 's balcony over the town of Cassino and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed it and it will not be our last time visiting if we can help it.

Exceptionally clean , Lillina went above and beyond, picking us up from the train station and dropping us back off. Went above and beyond any other host we have used.

Very welcoming host and beautiful, spacious accommodation

Excellent and huge apartment with a large balcony overlooking Cassino and the mountains behind. Carolina was in contact all the time and very helpful. A delightful character. We were there to visit the Abbey and War Cemetery- there was a USB on the tv which had various programs about Cassino's history including the war, which was a great touch. Car parking is very secure. Just a 15 min walk down into town. Although a self catering apartment, Carolina left us food for breakfast and fresh pastries in the morning. This was the last night of our honeymoon, and was an amazing end. Thank you Carolina. 👍❤️

“Superb apartment and host”

The apartment was spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. And the view over Cassino was stunning. Carolina was a lovely host. She picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. She offered to drive us other places too but we enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the town. Carolina was very helpful with suggestions. She also left us to do our own thing but we knew we could call on her if we had any questions or problems. A great place to stay in Cassino.

The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you need for a week's stay. A big bonus is the large terrace with a wide view. The accommodation is located at the foot of the mountain, within walking distance of the center, in a quiet neighborhood where you will be awakened by the singing of birds and the smell of blooming jasmine. During hot days, its location outside the hot center is a great benefit. There is also a marked hiking trail nearby that will comfortably take you to Mt. Cassino. Carolina is a very attentive and kind host who not only cares about her guests' stay, but also that they don't miss anything. It was a pleasure to return after a year and I hope to return again in the future.

“The best stay of our trip”

What a superb place! This will be the most memorable of our trip. The family went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We came by train and they organised transport for us from supermarket, to station, and to the Abbey.  Our remaining time was spent mostly on the terrace overlooking the hills and town. The apartment was traditional style, with mod cons added, and is beautifully kept. It was comfortable and convenient. We were made welcome by Carolina with tea bags and pastries. Thank you for making this such a relaxed and enjoyable stay. We hope to return and spent longer exploring this historic neighbourhood or just relaxing on the terrace.

Carolina was so friendly and welcomed us warmly. We especially appreciated her dropping bakery gifts at our door for a delicious breakfast. The apartment is lovely and the view from the balcony terrace is stunning

“Apartment with a wonderful view”

Set up on the hill below Monte Cassino and overlooking the town, this is a wonderful and spacious apartment, where you can relax after a days sightseeing and simply enjoy the amazing view. Really appreciate being picked up at the station too for a small cost. Furnishings are a little bit tired but everything is very clean and quiet.
