Stepping into this property is like stepping into the secret garden. The gardens, the pool, the views and the property itself are all breathtaking and offer refuge from the chaos of bigger cities. It is close to the town and Monte Cassino tourist attraction but it is privately tucked away at the foot of the mountain. Giuseppe, the host was very relaxed, friendly and welcoming. If you have an opportunity to stay here, grab it with both hands.

We had a lovely stay at il Maniero. Giuseppe and his wife made us feel at home. Everything we asked for was arranged immediatly. The garden is lovely and the pool perfect. The room very clean. Lovely breakfast. The location is very good. We would defenitely come back.

This place is outside the town of Cassino, nice grounds & swimming pool. The staff was nice. We had bikes so we rode them to the town (15’)

What a fabulous house. We felt very lucky indeed to be able to stay here. Very close to Monte Cassino. There is a lovely pool area for guests to enjoy. A dining room and kitchen also at the guests disposal. A family run guest house who are doing an amazing job. Highly recommended.

This bed and breakfast was the perfect way to spend our first night in Italy. The room is small but it has everything you need for an overnight stay. The host was so pleasant to deal with. The grounds are absolutely stunning and it's close to everything. The main area of Cassino is a 5 minute car ride away.

Good selection for breakfast. Homemade Zucchini cake was amazing. All in tranquil and beautiful surroundings. Plenty of good restaurants within easy reach. Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful. He suggested we visit the Royal Palace of Caserta on the way back to Naples, which we did and had the most amazing day.

This was our second visit to Il Maniero. It was lovely to be back and to see the family again. The location is good and the property is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Giuseppe and Julie welcomed us with open arms. It was like visiting our own family. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was super. There is a kitchen area for guests to use which is a real advantage. It is a wonderful place to relax and near to Cassino. Giuseppe was extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to returning there.

The hotel was very relaxed and informal and the manager was very friendly and really helpful. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful with several terraces where you could sit and enjoy the surroundings.
