“Clean, aesthetic, spacious, amazing view!”
The apartment is very spacious, clean and aesthetically very pleasing, kitchen is equipped with everything for both short and long stay. We enjoyed big dining table in the kitchen for dinners and hangouts. The second floor leads to terrace with most wonderful view. Everything was clean and nice, we really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommended!

Having spent the previous week in a 'rustic' farm cottage, this penthouse apartment for the second week was a welcome improvement in terms of facilities and decor. There are three large double bedrooms available on the first floor, as well as a well-appointed kitchen/diner with a dishwasher. Each room had air-conditioning, which was a bonus. There is an upper room with a large TV, sofa, and chairs, as well as another toilet. However, the best part is the door that opens onto a balcony with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside below. Absolutely stunning on a warm evening. There are tables, chairs, and sunbeds available to use. The property is literally at the bottom of the main street where you will find a number of different cafes, bars and eateries. Definitely try Taberna, which stocks some great wines and craft beers- the owner is also very friendly and helpful. Il Barroccio at the other end of the main street has a wide range of beers. All in all, this is a great property in a quaint, friendly, small tuscan town. The owner and her family are all super friendly. A great place to base yourself for visits to San Gimignano and Volterra. Would definitely stay here again.
