Stayed at Zeta Rooms and had a really positive experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was spacious, with a great balcony that made it easy to relax after a day out. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice to start the day properly. The location is also ideal - close to local attractions and with parking outside so a really convenient as a stop-off when travelling on to Rome. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Very thought- and tastefully decorated rooms with attention to detail and many little extras like slippers, a coffee machine, fridge, bathroom scales, projector night light etc. The mattress was super comfy. The area is quiet but still in walking distance from the centre, a very good bar/restaurant is right beside. The breakfast buffet is continental but has a very good variety including home baked cakes, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices and cereals.

The property is beautifully maintained, modern, and tastefully decorated. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly, complete with a bidet. The building has been fully renovated, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at breakfast were wonderfully friendly and kind, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The property is amazing, latest technology for checkin and room service. All the things you need are present. It is much better than 7 star hotels. Breakfast service is so good. I surely come back here if I visit Caserta again. I stayed many BnB here but among them, Zeta is the best. Rooms and bathrooms are so comfortable

“Perfect place to discover Caserta”
Beautiful rooms, just renovated. Quiet neighbourhood, we could park 2 car almost on the doorstep. Palace and nice bars and restaurants on walking distance (10-20 min). Friendly host Diego.

Spacious room, everything's new and well kept. Bed was super comfy and the complimentary espresso capsules were just what we needed in the morning. Also the automatic check in was super easy and their restaurant recommendations were spot on!
