Fabiana was outstanding and extremely accommodating- easy check in instructions - warm friendly and understanding. Gave us great restaurant recommendations which we took up & weren’t disappointed. Lovely big spacious apartment in a perfect location. Very well styled with aircon in the living and bedroom area. The roof top balcony is up another flight of stairs and not attached to the apartment rather a shared area. There were great views from both the apartment and rooftop.

“Beautiful apartment to discover Caserta”

Great location in centre of Caserta with a beautiful view from the terrace. The apartment was really nice, spacious, and well decorated in Christmas style, including the pillows on the children’s sofa bed. The host left some nice sweets and wine for us after a long trip. Although we did not meet Fabiana (unfortunately!), the communication over WhatsApp was very good, with clear indications on how to get to the apartment and parking. Although the parking was not directly at the apartment, it was nearby and easy to organize; it was much appreciated that we could use it still for a good part of the next day, to visit the Reggia. Furthermore we received good recommendations for dinner, which we followed. A bar just below was convenient for breakfast, although the house has all amenities for cooking and the like (but we did not use). Nice that there were board games, flyers, and books (with Napolitan sayings among others). All in all a good start of the Christmas holidays!

“Fantastic base to explore and taste the real Campania”

Great location in the historic quarter of Caserta . Top floor large spacious apartment overlooking a beautiful square short walk to the palace . Very clean and tidy apartment . Lovely little touches from the host - Italian biscuits , water in fridge and a welcome bottle of wine when we arrived . We were there for 9 days . Apartment cleaned and linen changed half way through . Fabiana was a great host . Great location for the railway station which gives great access to Naples and connection to Pompei and Herculaneum . We used UK Trainline app which was fantastic to use on Italian trains now automatically activated at time of train . Caserta is a beautiful town with historic centre very vibrant at night with lots of places to eat and drink nearby . We caught the air Campania bus to Casertavecchia . Excellent bus service -Borgo route . Casertavecchia is a beautiful ancient hilltop village with tower church ,and winding streets , far ranging views over Caserta and Vesuvius well worth a visit .

“Exceptional apartment, would 100% recommend!”

We recently spent 4 nights at Terraza Vanvitelli and would 100% recommend this charming apartment. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and Fabiana the host was amazing! Location is great, close to many cafes, bars and restaurants, 10 mins walk to the train station. We had been warned about the stairs but you get used to it and it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean, all our needs were catered for and we really appreciated the very thoughtful bottle of wine and some water on arrival.. We enjoyed the large rooftop terrace in the sunshine. From the first point of contact communication with the host was excellent, Fabiana was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Its a 10 out of 10 from us and we would not hesitate in booking this fabulous apartment again, thank you Fabiana for making our stay so special!

“Beautiful spacious apartment”

Apartment was so roomy, with so much thought of. The hosts were fantastic, doing so much more than they had to. Our flight was late and they helped with a taxi from the airport and then met us at a time that was unsociable! We also had recommendations for breakfast which was appreciated. Facilities were perfect, and the apartment was spotless. We didn't get time on the terrace as the weather wasn't perfect but the location of the apartment is spot on. 10 minutes walk from the train station and the royal palace. The layout of the apartment was perfect too and I'd stay again in a minute.

Very beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment on the third floor in an older building. Great views over Piazza Vanvitelli from all the rooms and terrace. It is in a great location, short walk to the Palace, shops and cafes. The host, Fabiana was welcoming and very helpful. Very happy with our choice of accommodation.

“Perfect”

Fabiana and Marco were waiting for us just outside the property. They helped us to carry our laggage to the room (which is on the third floor) and Marco came with me to show me how I can park my car in the underground parking. The room is amazing with more than you need, clean and beautiful. There was coffee, tea, croissand, wine, rerfreshments and cookies. The view from our private "terazza" was amazing. The property is very central, a few steps from Reggia Di Caserta.
