Green oasis in the historical city center of Caserta with Swimming pool. Bars and restaurant, royal palace or train station are reachable in few minutes walk. A parking place is also included. The Host are very customer oriented and welcomed us with local traditional sweets for breakfast.

The location is great, the apartment is spacy, the garden is fantastic and the orange and cumquat trees with fruits brought nice atmosphere. We had everything we needed at the apartment and also a parking place inside. Special thank to the owner and her mother who treated us in the morning with fresh traditional Graffa napoletana. It was very pleasant. Thank you!

“A quiet oasis in the historical centre.”

The location was just inside the ZTL of Caserta. The parking was secure behind gates on the premises. The secure yard was lovely! The grounds were immaculate with a beautiful pool. The apartment was roomy with a basic kitchen. There was good communication - Patrizia lives on site and is a lovely lady. Her English is not fluent but certainly she could communicate everything necessary. WhatsApp communication with her son-in-law was smooth. This was a bit of tranquility and quiet a few minutes walk from the main historical square and the Palazzo. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. A quintessential Italian experience :)

“A well appointed apartment, a comfortable stay in a central location with a beautiful pool.”

Alessia was a warm and welcoming host. The location was central and had a private lock-up car space. The property had a large heated pool and we managed to find one afternoon where we thoroughly enjoyed sole acces to the entire pool area. A guided tour of the magnificant palace is highly recommended but make sure you don't drive if you are staying at Casa Castagna - it took us 12 minutes to drive but if we had walked from Casa Castagna it would have taken 5 minutes.

Amazing place to relax for us on our trip around southern Italy. The Lady host was kind and lovely and could not do enough for you. The garden and pool was like a small piece of paradise in a busy city. We would love to return.

We had an incredible stay at this flat in Caserta. The location was absolutely perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Reggia and right in the heart of the centro storico. The flat itself was wonderful—simple yet stylish, with a minimal and essential design that made us feel instantly at home. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, which was amazing and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Our host was fantastic—a truly lovely lady who welcomed us with a warm smile and made our stay even more special by surprising us with some delicious local pastries on the day of our departure. It’s these little touches that really make a difference.

The location was in a quiet area of Caserta. The safe parking was a bonus. The accommodation was like a small apartment with access to the garden and pool. We had a small kitchen. The staff were very helpful.

It was absolutely fantastic. The woman was very nice and gave us pastry multiple mornings. We broke a few things and they did not give us any grief about it. We had it all to our selves, including the garden and pool. It is very central.
