“Excellent property that is let down by a few factors”

Very nice apartment complex, feels very safe with the gates and needing a key-fob to use the pool area. Apartment is top floor and feels very private on the terrace for you to enjoy the sun and relax. Sauna is a great addition, very easy to use and enjoy. Location is good, not great. Very short taxi into Estepona or a 25 minute walk to the main restaurants nearby. Luckily the nearby petrol station has a mini supermarket inside which is very convenient.

The apartment is in a quiet urbanization. The roof terraces are great, one with table and chairs for outside eating and the other with 2 sun loungers for relaxing and sun-bathings.

“Amazing apartment”

The apartment is great. Amazing views, two terraces, two bathrooms. You have everithing you need to spend wonderful vacation. the sea is 7-8 min walk. Free parking. Very cute area near the sea! Kris is kind and friendly host! Absolutely recomend! I would like to come again!

“Easy Location, lovely apartment and Amazing views”

We had an amazing stay at the Fresh Penthouse Apartment with stunning sea views. The views of the ocean were some of the best I’ve ever experienced — completely unobstructed, and on clear days, you can even see Morocco in the distance, which was incredible. We were lucky to have beautiful weather throughout our stay, making it even more special. The host, Kris, was easy to contact whenever needed and provided a helpful guidebook with great recommendations for the local area, which we really appreciated. The beach is just a short walk away and is absolutely beautiful. We hired a car from Málaga Airport, and the drive to the apartment was straightforward and enjoyable. The location is excellent — everything you need is easily accessible along one main road, with nearby towns offering plenty of options for food, shopping, and activities.

The location and the view from the balcony was unreal. Everything we needed was in the apartment and it was spotless.

It was very comfortable, also we can park our car at the apartment. Also the kitchen was well equipped and the apartment’s provided two bathrooms.

“Really enjoyed our stay!”

We stayed in this fresh penthouse in Casares for a week and absolutely loved it! The standout feature has to be the beautiful views, they really made the apartment special, and the sauna was a great touch! The neighbours in the complex/blocks were so warm and welcoming, often stopping for a friendly chat, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. In terms of location, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk to the beachfront strip with lots of lovely restaurants, and roughly an hour’s walk to the marina where you’ll find more great bars and food/entertainment. The beach itself is just a short stroll over the bridge. We visited the roman baths, which was an 11-minute drive (amazing and it was free!) Kris was very helpful throughout our stay, providing clear instructions for gate codes and a very informative welcome booklet, which was much appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this place to family and friends. Would definitely return!

Lovely top floor apartment in a quiet gated residential area with fantastic views looking down the coast from 2 large balconies. Very clean and well equipped 2 bathrooms one of which has a sauna which is an excellent touch. Owner easily contactable and very pleasant overall a bit of a gem of a property especially for the price. Car advisable as nearest supermarket was a few minutes drive away and most restaurants were a drive away or 30 min walk. Restaurant/bar(didn't visit) and fuel station 1 min away and a short walk to the beach. If you're looking for somewhere quiet, and have access to a car this is an excellent place to stay

Very nice, well equipped and cozy apartment on the top floor with two beautiful terraces and amazing sea view. Wonderful garden with two nice pools, parking space in front oh the house and a great sauna.

Amazing views, super clean and spacious apartment and great communication with host. Communal swimming pool was also great! Quiet area, not too much noise from other buildings or roads. Local Mercadona just few minutes driving. All together amazing stay!

Nice apartment with a beautiful view from both terraces. The location was silent. Sauna in the bathroom. The owner was nice and willing. It was possible to rent some games for free. There was a free sun umbrella too.

Fresh appartment, spotless clean, peacefull location. Perfect for 2 persons

- balconies are amazing/the view is awesome - sauna is perfect - great location if you have a car. Easy to get around. Gas station near by. - super friendly and responsive host. He speaks perfect English. - quiet, residential area (plus or minus depending on what you are looking for) - cant comment on the beach as I am not a beach person. But its 5 mins away by foot.
