Overview
The Vico Regio Hotel is at the same time a modern hotel and a traditional Salento property, including rustic rooms and a roof garden. It is set in the old town of Casarano, where parking is free. All rooms at the Vico Regio feature classic-style furniture and decorations, and come with air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, and LCD TV. Breakfast is a varied buffet, including specialities from Apulia. This hotel is 10 km from Gallipoli. A car is recommended.

“Great hotel right in the middle of the historical city centre of Casarano! Highly recommending!”
We are returning customers of this hotel. Few years ago we stayed here and we liked it. This year, when it came to the point of looking for a place to stay at first we wanted to try something close to one of the beaches on the west cost. However, after comparing options this hotel was the best option with the best quality/service offered. Spacious rooms, AC, on-site parking, breakfasts and of course very friendly staff - all of that contributed to the overall experience of staying in Casarano! We were happy to return to this hotel and we were super happy to see that quality/service is still as great as years ago. We definitely recommend this hotel for couples, families, groups of people!

“Charming little Italian boutique hotel in strategic location to explore Salento”
Charming little hotel with perfect location in the very center of the ancient town of Casarano, in a tiny street but few steps from the main piazza, right in front of good restaurants and bars. Strategic position to explore both the beaches and the towns of Salento (approx.30 min or less drive to Otranto, Gallipoli, Lido Marini etc), but away from the hassle and tourist traps. Some of the best beaches on the Ionian are just 25 min.drive away. Calm, quiet, relaxing. Great service. Free parking in front of the hotel. (A car is a must in Puglia btw). Good beds. Blinding window covers, AC which is a must in Italy in summer, but not the norm. All in all excellent value for money

“Fantastic experience for a family with little kids on 10 days vacation! AC in all rooms. Parking!”
Great location in the heart of historical center with free parking! It took some time to find hotel due to road construction work, but, Gabriele was very kind to guide us by driving in front of our car. Also he helped to unload car and take our luggage into our room. Our 2 stores room was equipped with 3 ACs: hall, and both bedrooms. They were on at all times, keeping the whole suite cooled down during day and night. 2 stores were not a problem for our little kids (5 and 4 yrs). Stairway has handles and top room has a full size glass wall, so there is no way of climbing over a "border". Both rooms have full sized bathrooms with toilet and large shower cabins.
