“Overall a decent spacious place- but READ comments with improvement suggestions...”
Overall a comfortble stay with good facilities within the property and outside. Few suggestions for improvement: Kitchen: * Gas hob- currently the gas supply to the hob requires to be switched on/off before and after use. Our portable carbon monoxide monitor flagged up with a carbon monoxide leak when left the gas supply switched on- something for property owner to consider before a major incident happens. Bedroom: * Main bedroom could do with a decent protective mattress cover (we only had a bedsheet)- this adds to a peace of mind for the travellers rather than seeing a naked mattress under the bedsheet. *extra blankets/quilts available in autumnal/winter months certainly would help. We were fine until the very last night of our stay when it got cold. Washing machine not in property: * we encountered an issue with a washing machine not present at the property despite advertised. The owner acted fast offering laundry service for additional €10 which I was not keen to pay given that we selected the property based on certain criteria (washing machine available a must - I travelled with 3 kids). The owner resolved this issue immediately with making the garage- situated washing machine available to us. Provided all the above issues were rectified, I would gladly stay again.
