Beautiful small hotel in a marvelous part of Italy. Everything is made with love and great sense of style and beauty. The hostess was very friendly kind and welcoming! She gave us a lot of useful advices.

Everything was absolutely great – from the location and the beautiful interior and exterior details to the breakfast that felt like in a restaurant. Martina’s smile and advice made it even more special. Cozy and welcoming – we will be back!

Nice small village on the hill, easy to reach by car, free parking available 2 min walk from the accommodation. Clean room, clean linen and towels. The staff is very welcoming, we received really good personalized tips and the breakfast was amazing.

Host is very nice, breakfast is excellent, the whole place is very clean, bed is very comfortable.

Martina, our host was extremely helpful, mindful and attentive. We could not have asked for more and we look forward to visit il Riccio di Ricciano soon again to enjoy her service and her presence.

We loved everything about this gorgeous property. Wonderful! Martina is a fantastic host. Our room had a picture window with a great view of the mountains and lake. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the little communal kitchen area that we could pop into to grab some snacks and a beer (write what you had and pay Martina later). The breakfast was immense! Martina cooked for us and the food was delicious - a real treat. We were on a 2.5k mile road trip from UK and car parking was safe and easy to find (follow Martina’s directions not satnav). We were sad to leave this property but Martina gave us great advice on where to stay next and where to visit on the lakes. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place.

Martina was an amazing host. She made the most amazing breakfast, which was taken in her beautiful garden. The menu was different every day, with homemade cakes, waffles and pancakes and with fresh fruit and breads, and homemade jams. Ou room and bathroom was very clean an spacious and had a wonderful view of the lake. This is an amazing small business which will wow you. You will need a car to reach this b&b, but if you want to make a good visit to Lago Maggiore you’ll need a car anyway.

We absolutely loved being here! Everything was great! Very nice view, delicious breakfast, comfortable room. And most importantly, the hostess Martina is very responsive, positive and loving her job and the people who come to her. Every aspect of our stay was top notch!
