Great location to visit both Lago d’Orta and Lago Maggiore. Easy check in and check out. Host very reachable, and accommodation felt spacious for two people. Also very clean, and some adorable kittens in the building.

Large, comfortable and beautiful apartment - good mattress! Easy self check-in and good communication with owner. We received notification about the church bells at time of booking, they start at 7am so it’s not a problem for me (although I wouldn’t say the apartment is soundproof, they were very very loud with windows closed - but 7am is a good breakfast time anyway!). Good location for hiking and free street parking. Highly recommend Fior di latte pizzeria!

We reached late at night, well after the check-in time because of a traffic jam. Late night check-ins with family in tow are always a headache. But, Alessio was waiting and literally answered the phone on the first bell, he met us at the door, helped with finding a parking spot and the luggage... I wish every host could be like him! The small apartment is perfect for a short stay for a small family... very homely feel to the place.

The price, above all. We stayed two nights not because we liked it so much, but because I am that cheap :-) Value for money is unbeatable in this area.

Alessio and Daniela were the best hosts!! I would definitely come back to their beautiful house again!! They helped us, because we didn’t have a car, so they gave us couple rides to the town and they were very sweet and helpful! They also gave us a lot of tips what to do in the area.

“A Wonderful Stay at AD Rooms Hostel”

Our experience at AD Rooms was exceptional in every aspect. The room was spacious, providing ample comfort during our stay. The easy self-check-in process allowed us to arrive at our convenience, and Alessio, our host, was readily available for communication, offering valuable insights about parking and the city, although our paths never crossed in person. Alessio's thoughtful provision of bicycles for guests to use added a delightful touch, enhancing our exploration of the city. While our bedroom was private, the shared kitchen and bathroom fostered a sense of community. In the evening, we engaged in enjoyable conversations with fellow travelers from other rooms, making our stay all the more enriching. The nearby church, although its bell rang every half-hour from early morning, was not a significant disturbance when windows and doors were closed. Alessio's consideration extended to providing earplugs, ensuring our sleep was undisturbed. The bathroom's cleanliness and spaciousness, along with the availability of necessary toiletries, further added to the convenience of our stay. As a bonus cute cats were visiting us from time to time. AD Rooms left us thoroughly satisfied.

“The most beautiful stay in such a cozy house 🥰”

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful, lovingly furnished accommodation! Both the own room as well as the kitchen, bathroom, balcony and staircase were so cozy and furnished with so much love, everywhere were (small) plants to be found. The accommodation has a flat character as kitchen and bathroom are shared by all guests. The private room (like all other rooms) is reached via a beautiful, small veranda-like balcony, which in turn creates privacy. From here you get to the nice kitchen, where you can meet the other roommates. There are a stove, dishes, a fridge and everything else you need. Connected to it is the bathroom (also with everything you could need - from towel to soap). From the balcony you have a fantastic view towards the adjacent church. Here you can have a nice breakfast in the morning or read comfortably in the evening. In the morning from 6/7 clock the church bells start to ring, which is not a problem for early risers and serves as a free alarm clock ;) But there will be a break starting from 10 p.m. till 6/7 a.m. Thank you again!! 😍😇 Kerstin and Annika from the Siebengebirge ⛰️

“A surprisingly homely stay”

The host, Alessio, was extremely helpful and responsive! He willing offered to fetch us to and from the train station, and even helped us with our heavy luggage. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped for our needs. Note that the location is on a hill.

Amazing place, great atmosphere, we felt at home!
