Overview
Castello Di Semivicoli offers uniquely decorated rooms in the 17th-century castle of the Masciarelli family, famous winemakers. Set on the hills of Abruzzo, it offers views of the countryside and a wine shop. Fitted with parquet floors, air-conditioned rooms at the Semivicoli are all different in style, with antique or modern furnishings. Some rooms have a spa bath. Wine tasting can be requested at the property bar. The Castello is near the ski slopes in Passo Lanciano, about 30 km away. The nearest beach on the Adriatic Coast is 20 minutes' drive from the property.

What a find! The location is spectacular, the building and setting like something out of a picture, the staff are exceptional and the restaurant and food are beyond all expectation. One of the best and most surprising stays I have found on my trips around. Book dinner in the restaurant and prepare to be surprised.

The property is beautiful, surrounded by wineyard. The historical building is well-maintained and really clean. The room size is good. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and both the service and food/wine were fantastic.
